The villa which is the first preference of people who look lux villas is a triplex villa and has a large American kitchen, a recumbent lounge, and 4 suite-style bedrooms. You will not want to slip by the time when enjoying both the view and the sun thanks to its large sunbath terrace and its special swimming pool where you can find a peace and comfort with cool waters in the sunny days. The villa has all equipment which you need during the holiday. You only plan your fun time to make a holiday beyond your dreams, leave the rest to us!

1^st Bedroom: The bedroom has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet.

2^nd Bedroom: The bedroom has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet.

3^rd Bedroom: The bedroom has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet.

4^th Bedroom: The bedroom has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet.

Lounge: The lounge has a sofa suite, an LCD TV, an air conditioner, and a coffee table. The lounge has an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: There is a modern American Kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a cooker, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a dining table, chafing dish, spoon & fork set, cooking pot & pan set, and cups.

Pool: Pool measures; 9 m x 3.5 m, Depth: 1.50 – 1.70 m.

Pool Terrace: The pool terrace has a special swimming pool, sunbeds, a parasol, a dining table, a garden sofa suite, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. The villa is cleanly delivered for guests and cleaning is done once a week. There is a Wi-Fi in the villa. There is also an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer in the villa.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center. This note is written as a footnote on the page of all villas for general information, not only about this villa.
