If you have a more crowded family, there is the Kalkan Ada 2 Villa located just behind the Villa Ada. If both villas a rented, accommodation capacity will be 20 people. Get ready to rest up from all year's fatigue with the Villa Ada 1 thanks to meticulously prepared every detail.

1^st Bedroom: This bedroom is double air-conditioned suite parent bedroom. It has one double bed, a closet, a make-up table, a night table, a bathroom and a toilet. It is on the basement.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom is double air-conditioned suite parent bedroom. It has one double bed, a closet, a make-up table, a night table, a bathroom and a toilet. It is on the basement.

3^rd Bedroom: This bedroom is air-conditioned suite parent bedroom and has a sea and nature view. It has one double bed, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a jacuzzi, a bathroom, a toilet, and an exit to the balcony. It is on the first floor.

4^th Bedroom: This bedroom is air-conditioned suite teenage bedroom and has a sea and nature view. It has one double bed, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a bathroom, a toilet, and an exit to the balcony. It is on the first floor.

Lounge: There is one lounge in the Villa Ada Kalkan. The air-conditioned lounge has sea and nature view. There is a modern and comfortable sofa suite, a TV, a receiver, and a modem for the Internet. There is an exit to the poolside from here.

Kitchen: There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a built-in oven of 4, an oven, a microwave oven, pan & cooking pots set, a kettle, a toaster, chafing dish of 10 people, spoon & fork set, and water glass and tea glass set. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Garden: There is a special garden, a swimming pool, an arbor, a sofa suite, a dinner table and chairs, a sunbed, a parasol, a billiard, a table tennis, a shower, and a barbecue.

Pool: There is a special L-shaped swimming pool. Pool measures; 8m x 4m for both wings; depth; 1.70 m. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day in the morning or evening. 

Internet: There is a Wi-Fi in the villa. There may be interruptions caused by internet service providers due to the sub-structure of the region. Internet usage is enough for emails, social media, accessing newspapers and news sites; however, it is not enough for watching film and video, downloading files.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, guidance service, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices.

All villas that have a position in nature are regularly disinfestation. Notwithstanding, there is a possibility of being a butterfly, an insect, a fly etc. around.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
