Villa Akina

Villa Akina, our rental villa in the Islamlar region of Kalkan, is a luxury rental wooden holiday villa, the construction of which was completed in 2020. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. Our wooden rental villa, which is very suitable for nuclear families and honeymoon couples, has been carefully designed to offer you a comfortable holiday with its extraordinary design. There is a special children's pool for our little visitors in our villa where you can find all the basic items you may need during your holiday. Villa Akina, our rental villa with jacuzzi; Kalkan is located 7 kilometers from the center and the beach. The garden floor of our villa with nature view dominating the magnificent atmosphere of Kalkan is secluded and is very suitable for conservative families. There is a private swimming pool, children's pool, specially designed wooden seating area and stone barbecue in the garden of our economical rental villa. Villa Akinais waiting for you in the new season for a peaceful holiday, away from the eyes, with the sounds of nature and birds.

NOTE: This villa can accommodate a minimum of 5 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional 250 TL cleaning fee is charged.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, full-length mirror, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is a sofa set, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the large and spacious living room floor.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool Dimensions: Width: 4 m Length: 9 m Depth: 1.50 meters.

Garden: There are 4 sun loungers, umbrella, private swimming pool, children's pool, sitting corner, swing and stone barbecue in the secluded garden of our villa.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 500 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00. Our guests who will check out leave at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
