Villa Akkurt

Our rental villa is Villa Akkurt, located in the Islamlar region of Kalkan, known as a quiet, calm place, has a one bedroom accommodation capacity for 2 people. The private swimming pool and garden floor of our rental honeymoon villa, which offers you a holiday in touch with nature, is secluded and it is a very suitable option for conservative families. You can spend a secluded, peaceful holiday in our rental honeymoon villa with a bedroom with jacuzzi, which is designed as a suite. Our secluded economical rental villa is 15 minutes away from the center of Kalkan by car, and the closest restaurant and market are 3 km away.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, make-up table, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet in the bedroom designed in suite style.

Living Room: The living room of our villa has a large and spacious structure with a sofa set, air conditioner, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit to the pool terrace from the living room floor.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 9 m x 4 meters, Depth is 1.55 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important to observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
