The luxury holiday villa Altes 3, which attracts attention with its two-storey modern structure, is located in Kalkan Ortaalan. Our rental villa with 4 bedrooms can accommodate 8 people and is an ideal choice for crowded families. You can rent the Altes villas located next to each other or you can also rent them collectively. Our villa with infinity pool has sea view and other villas are located in a way not to obstruct the view. A very luxurious holiday awaits you in our villa which has an elevator to facilitate the movement between floors.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet. It has an exit to the terrace.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, dresser, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, vanity table, air conditioner, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge: There is a seating group, TV, DVD Player, satellite receiver, iron, ironing board and sink in the large hall. It has direct exit to the edge of the pool.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are built-in cooker and oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cookware, dinner set for 12 people, dining table and chairs.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Pool Dimensions: Width: 10m Length: 3m Depth: 1.60 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, table tennis, outdoor shower, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems arising from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Transportation: Since our villas are detached villas, public transportation services cannot be provided. The closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
