Our villa Altes 5 for rent in Kalkan Ortaalan and it has two floors and 4 bedrooms. Our villa, which has a capacity of 8 people, has an elevator to facilitate the transition between floors. Our luxury villa, which is very suitable for crowded families and groups of friends, has all the items you may need during the holiday.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, dresser, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 double beds, wardrobe, dressing table, dresser, air conditioner, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, dressing table, dresser, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom and toilet. It has exit to the terrace floor.

Lounge: There is a TV, satellite receiver, DVD Player, sitting group, air conditioner, iron and ironing board in the large and spacious hall. The hall is on the pool floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, built-in oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, 12-person dinner set and dining table.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Pool Dimensions: Width: 10m Length: 3m Depth: 1.60 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, table tennis, outdoor shower, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Transportation: Since our villas are detached villas, public transportation services cannot be provided. The closest airport is Muğla Dalaman Airport.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
