1^st Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, a night table, a closet, an air conditioner, a balcony, a bathroom, and a washbasin.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, a night table, a closet, an air conditioner, a balcony, a bathroom, and a washbasin.

3^rd Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, a night table, a closet, an air conditioner, and a balcony.

4^th Bedroom: This bedroom has two single beds, a night table, an air conditioner, a common use bathroom and washbasin.

5^th Bedroom: This bedroom has two single beds, a night table, an air conditioner, a common use bathroom and washbasin.

Lounge: The lounge has a sofa suite, a TV, an air conditioner, and a coffee table. The lounge has an exit the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a built-in oven set, a dining table, chafing dish, spoon & fork set, pan & cooking pot set, and glasses.

Pool Terrace: The pool terrace has a special swimming pool, sunbeds, a parasol, a dining table, and a barbecue. Pool: Pool measures; 10 m x 5 m depth; 1.60 m.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered for guests and cleaning is done once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the Villa Maia 2. There is also an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center. This note is written as a footnote on the page of all villas for general information, not only about this villa.
