Villa Aras 1, our honeymoon villa located in Patara region, famous for its beach, has a one bedroom and 2 person accommodation capacity. Our fully secluded garden floor villa is suitable for conservative couples who want to spend a secluded holiday. Our rental honeymoon villa with suite bedroom jacuzzi has a very modern and simple design. All the basic items you may need during your holiday are available in the villa and are ready for your use. During your stay in our villa, which has been carefully designed to offer you a comfortable holiday, you will forget all your tiredness and enjoy being alone with nature. Our villa is 3 km away from the beach.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, dresser, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is a sofa set, air conditioner, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table in the spacious and bright looking living room.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 5 m x 2.5 meters, Depth is 1.50 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 500 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important that you observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
