Villa Arga 2

The construction of the villa Arga 2, located in the village of Islamlar, one of the most popular neighborhoods of Kalkan, has been completed on the road to 2019 and has been offered to you, the valuable holiday lovers. Our single-storey, wooden-built rental villa is very suitable for our honeymoon couples and conservative families can choose it with peace of mind due to its secluded structure. Our bedroom jacuzzi villa has a magnificent nature view. It is ideal for couples who want to have a holiday with nature. Our villa, which has a secluded private swimming pool in its garden, also has a vertical hammock and table tennis in the garden.

NOTE: This villa has an additional cleaning fee of 300 TL for stays of 7 nights.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning, bathroom, jacuzzi, toilet and exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

Lounge: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the spacious and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is an opportunity to be found.
