Villa Arya, a holiday rental villa located in Kalkan-Islamlar area, offers you an unforgettable holiday with its magnificent nature view and peaceful atmosphere. There are 2 bedrooms in our villa and 4 people can easily stay. Villa Arya, which you can prefer as a rental honeymoon villa, has been designed with stone house architecture and has a unique design. The goods used in our luxury rental villa with a private swimming pool in the garden as well as an indoor swimming pool are of first class quality. There are 4 sunbeds, swing, table and chairs on the garden floor of our 1 bedroom jacuzzi. There is a swing inside the pool. You will be enchanted during your stay in Villa Arya, our luxury rental villa, you will never want your holiday to end.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, vanity table, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet are used.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the spacious and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
