Villa Athena

Located in the center of Kalkan, Villa Athena offers accommodation for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms. It is one of our most preferred villas, as the villa is close to markets, restaurants, beaches. Stylish and modern designed, comfortable and luxurious villa is located adjacent to Asfiya Sea View Hotel, the most prestigious boutique hotel of Kalkan. The villa is located 50 meters from the nearest restaurant, 250 meters from the nearest market and 400 meters from the nearest beach. Next to Villa Athena are Villa Phoebe, Villa Aphrodite and Villa Poseidon of the same standards.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: The en-suite room has 2 single beds, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: En-suite room with sea view has double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, bathroom and toilet. It also has a spacious terrace with a third bedroom.

3rd Bedroom: The en-suite room with sea view has a double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, vanity table, bathroom and toilet. It also has a common terrace with a second bedroom.

Lounge: In the large hall with sea view, there is a seating group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, iron and ironing board, air conditioner, dining table for 6 people, toilet and sink, as well as exit per pool.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware, kitchenware and also exit to the pool terrace.

Pool and Garden: There is a 3 x 5 meter wide pool with sea view. There are sunbeds, umbrellas, barbecues, tables and chairs in the house.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
