Villa Bali

Villa Bali, the construction of which was completed in August 2019 and offered to our valuable visitors, is one of our new rental villas in Kalkan Ortaalan. You can rent our villa either alone or together with Villa London, which has the same property as itself, next to each other. Our villa with sea view and 5 bedrooms has a capacity of 10 people. It is possible to watch the sea view from all the rooms of our villa. There is a private large swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas and a seating group in the garden of our villa, whose garden floor is glass sheltered. The items used in the interior design of our villa have been carefully designed and modernized to offer you a comfortable holiday. It is possible to easily reach anywhere you want from our villa which is 1 km away from the beach and center.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: It is a family bedroom with sea and nature view. There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, bathroom / WC and balcony in the bedroom.

2nd Bedroom: It is a family bedroom with sea and nature view. There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, bathroom / WC and balcony in the bedroom.

3th Bedroom: It is a family bedroom with sea and nature view. There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, dresser, bathroom / WC and balcony in the bedroom.

4th Bedroom: It is a young bedroom with sea and nature views, and the bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom / WC and a balcony.

Lounge: The air-conditioned lounge has a wonderful sea and nature view. The living room has a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, modem for internet. There is an exit from the hall to the poolside.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, kettle, microwave oven, toaster and toaster, pan and cookware, table and chair for 8 people, dinnerware, cutlery, water and tea glass set. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool, the pool measures 14.5 m. x 4.5 m., Depth 1.50 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections resulting from internet service providers.Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, newspaper and news sites are sufficient for such issues; watching movies and videos, downloading files is not enough.

Damage deposit: Damage, casualty,broken, etc. 2000 Turkish Lira deposit is collected at the entrance. When there is no problem such as broken, damaged, lost or lost, deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can enter each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. In addition, a fee is not requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurance is not included in the prices. - Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas, which are located in nature. Despite this, in the environment; butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is a possibility. - Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on the slope. To reach all the cottages in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, you go uphill.
