Villa Barış, located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, which is one of the most preferred villas among the resort villas has an accommodation capacity of 7 people thanks to its 4 suite bedrooms. All rooms have their own private toilet and bathroom. Since the special pool and sunbath are completely sheltered, they never saw from the outside. With this feature, Villa Baris has become one of the first choices of conservative families and honeymoon couples and is also ideal for elderly guests why it has pool steps instead of the pool ladder. The villa which you can see the sea and island with bird's-eye view thanks to its location has a hammock, comfortable sofa suites, a barbecue, a chair and tables, and a dining table. The villa, which will play host an unforgettable holiday, is waiting for precious guests.

1^st Bedroom: This bedroom is a suite bedroom. There is one double bed, a closet, a night table, an air conditioner, a bathroom, and a toilet.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom is a suite bedroom. There is one double bed, a closet, a night table, an air conditioner, a bathroom, and a toilet.

3^rd Bedroom: This bedroom is a suite bedroom. There is two single beds, a closet, a night table, an air conditioner, a bathroom, and a toilet.

4^th Bedroom: This bedroom is a suite bedroom. There is one double bed, a closet, a night table, an air conditioner, a bathroom, and a toilet.

Lounge: The lounge has a sofa suite, a receiver, a TV, an air conditioner, an iron, an ironing board, a washbasin and a toilet. There is an exit to the balcony.

Kitchen: There is a modern American Kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a built-in oven, a microwave oven, a built-in oven of 4, a kettle, a toaster, a dining table of 6 people, chafing dish, spoon & fork set, cooking pot & pan sets, and cups.

Pool: Pool measures; 8 m x 4 m, Depth: 1.55 m. The pool is sheltered and does not appear from the outside.

Pool Terrace: There are sunbeds, a special swimming pool, a garden sofa suite, parasols, a barbecue, a hammock, a dining table of 8 people, and chairs.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, guidance service, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the villa. There is an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center.
