Villa Begum

Villa Begüm is a holiday villa with 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people, located in Islamlar Village, which dominates the magnificent atmosphere of Kalkan. The interior and exterior design of Villa Begüm, which has a magnificent view of nature, has been carefully designed to offer you a peaceful holiday. The villa is available with all the basic items you may need during your holiday and is ready for your use. You will forget all your tiredness during your stay at Villa Begüm, which offers you a secluded, oxygen-rich holiday.

NOTE: For stays of less than 7 nights, an additional 300 TL cleaning fee is charged.

 Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, baby bed, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom. There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Hall: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the large and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Pool Dimensions: 10m x 4m depth: 1.50 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is an opportunity to be found.
