Villa Belkız

Villa Belkız which has a nonstop panoramic sea view, located on Kördere area of Kalkan, is one of the economical resort villas. The special swimming pool is completely sheltered since its architecture has a stone wall. The villa which has an accommodation capacity of 10 people with its 5 bedrooms is an ideal option for honeymoon couples or conservative families who don't want to feel another eye on them. You can enjoy every moment of your holiday by swimming against the sea view, watching all tones of green and blue thanks to its location. You can easily handle your needs such as grocery, restaurant, cafe thanks to its location which is only 5 minutes walking distance to the center of Kalkan. It's a simple matter that you can make an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones in the villa which is thought up all details for feeling like at home!

Note: Construction of the indoor, jacuzzi, heated swimming pool (3 m x 3 m) of the villa is ongoing. When construction of the indoor pool is over, photographs will update. Indoor pool heating services will bring into the guests' service with 50 Turkish Liras per a day price.

1^st Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a bathroom, and a toilet. This room is the sea view room and is on the basement floor.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a bathroom, and a toilet. This room is on the basement floor.

3^rd Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a bathroom, and a toilet. This room is the sea view room and is on the first floor.

4^th Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a parent’s bathroom, and a toilet. This room is the sea view room and is on the first floor.

5^th Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a parent’s bathroom, and a toilet. This room is the sea view room and is on the first floor.

Lounge: The lounge has a sofa suite, an air conditioner, a TV, a receiver, a music player, and a coffee table. The lounge has an exit the pool terrace and is sea and nature view.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a built-in oven of 4, a toaster, a kettle, chafing dish, spoon & fork set, pan & cooking pot set, and cups. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: Pool measures; 8 m x 4 m for both wings; depth; 1.60 m. There is a children’s pool inside the pool. The pool terrace is sheltered since it is surrounded by a high stone wall.

Pool Terrace: The pool terrace has a special swimming pool, sunbeds, a parasol, a dining table and chairs, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered for guests and cleaning is done once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the Villa Belkız. There is also an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
