Our holiday rental villa is located in the Islamic district of Kalkan neighborhood. Our holiday villa located in nature has a panoramic nature view. The center of Kalkan is 5 km away. The pool terrace of our villa is a conservative rental villa away from foreign eyes. Villa Bella 4; It has 1 bedroom and is decorated modern and stylish according to the capacity of 2 people. There is a jacuzzi in the suite bedroom of our villa. It is an ideal and economical choice for our honeymoon couples. Villa Bella 4 offers our valued guests a peaceful holiday option.

NOTE: In this villa, 400 TL additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 6 nights.

Lounge: In the hall of our villa; There is a seating group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table, fireplace and wireless modem.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen; refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4-stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dinner set, cutlery, pans, pans, glasses, dining table and chairs.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
