Our villa for rent in Kalkan - Kördere district offers you a breathtaking holiday opportunity with its luxurious design and magnificent view. Our villa, which is 4 km away from the sea, has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Our villa, which can be preferred by little families and groups of friends, is also used as a honeymoon holiday villa. Our suite bedroom jacuzzi villa has all the equipment you may need during the holiday and is ready for your use. All rooms of our rental villa with jacuzzi, which is very modern and luxuriously designed, have a sea view. In the garden of our villa, which has a secluded garden floor, there is an infinity swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a dining table.

NOTE: In this villa, 300 TL additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, dinner set and cutlery.

Garden: The garden of our villa has sunbeds, dining table, garden furniture, sun umbrella, swing, jacuzzi and barbecue.

Pool: There is a private sheltered swimming pool in our villa. Pool Dimensions: 3.50m x 7m Depth: 1.60 meters.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.

NOTE: The last 400m of the road is steep uphill before arriving at the villa.
