In our rental villa, which has all the furniture you may need during the holiday, all the necessary details are considered especially for families with children. Our villa is located on the same land with Villa Blue Star 1 and Villa Blue Star 2, which have the same features. There is a private playground for 3 villas and it is ready for the use of our little guests. The garden of our villa has been specially designed in order to give you the peace of natural life. In our villa, which has a variety of fruits and vegetables in the garden, you can collect organic and healthy products with your own hands and consume them safely. There is also a barbecue in the garden of our villa in order to make your meal times enjoyable. If you are planning a holiday with your group of friends or relatives, you can rent our rental villa Villa Blue Star 3 together with Villa Blue Star 1 and Blue Star 2, which have the same features.

NOTE: In this villa, 250 TL additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

NOTE: THERE ARE 2 SINGLE BEDS IN ONE ROOM OF OUR VILLA. BUT THESE BEDS ARE SPECIAL ZIPPED BEDS THAT CAN BE COMBINED AND BE A SINGLE BED. THANKS TO THIS FEATURE, TWO FAMILIES CAN COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION IN OUR VILLAGE.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, nightstand, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds (zippered convertible bed), air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is a sofa set, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the large and spacious living room floor.

Kitchen: Modern American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Our private swimming pool is a salt system and no chemicals are used. Pool Dimensions: Width: 3.50 m Length: 7.50 m Depth: 1.40 meters.

Garden: There is a garden seating group, 4 sun loungers, 2 umbrellas, patio, barbecue, table and chair in the specially designed garden. In addition, there are vegetables and fruits in the garden and a playground for our little guests.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. 20 MB unlimited internet is available; You can watch movies and videos without any questions.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 500 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken, or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00. Our guests who will check out leave at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
