Villa Capella, our rental villa located in Kalkan - Kördere has a 4 bedroom accommodation capacity for 8 people. One bedroom of our secluded rental villa, which offers you a secluded holiday opportunity, is located downstairs. You can choose our rental villa with indoor heated swimming pool for your four season holiday plans. Our villa with sea view has been designed in a modern and comfortable style, and all the necessary details are considered to offer you a perfect holiday. It is possible to easily access anywhere you want without any transportation problems in our rental villa with jacuzzi, which is 5 minutes away from the center of Kalkan. Our villa has a children's pool for our little guests to have fun. For crowded families who have their own indoor car park, the room on the ground floor of our rental villa is referred to as an outbuilding room.

NOTE: The heating feature of the indoor pool of our villa will active for 100 TL.

NOTE: For our customers who want to use our villa as a honeymoon villa, a honeymoon package is added for 350 TL.

NOTE: In this villa, an additional cleaning fee of 450 TL is charged for stays of less than 6 nights.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, TV, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom:

Living Room: The living room of our villa has a large and spacious structure and includes a sofa set, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit to the pool terrace from the living room floor.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 12 m x 4 meters, Depth is 1.55 meters. Indoor pool dimensions: 3m x 4m, Depth: 1 meter.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: Our villa has a wireless modem. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important to observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is carried out regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
