Villa Çınar

Villa Çınar, which is a rental honeymoon villa, the construction of which was completed in June 2020, is located in the Hacıoğlan of Kalkan. Our 2 bedroom 4 person accommodation villa is very suitable for honeymoon couples and nuclear families. There is a jacuzzi in a room of our economical rental villa that offers a secluded holiday in nature. Our villa, designed with the concept of stone house and attracting attention with its secluded garden, is suitable for conservative families. The items used in the villa are modern and first quality. Our villa, which has a direct exit from the lounge floor to the pool terrace, is a 20-minute walk from the center of Kalkan.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge: The lounge floor of our villa is large and spacious and has a seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit from the hall floor to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: A fully equipped American kitchen with a modern design includes a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Pool: The maintenance of the pool and garden in our villa is done by the staff who look at the villa once a day, in the morning or evening. Pool Dimensions: 11 m x 4 meters, Depth 1.55 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new bed sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entrance and Exit Information: The entrance time for all our villas is 16:00 and the exit time is 10:00. It is important that you respect the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
