Villa Crown

Our holiday rental villa located in Kördere location of Kaş Kalkan is only 4 km from the center and the sea. Our villa with 3 bedrooms has a capacity of 6 people and is very suitable for crowded families and groups of friends. The garden terrace of our rental villa with a magnificent sea view is secluded and is definitely not visible from the outside. All rooms of our suite bedroom jacuzzi villa have air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. The items used in the interior design of our villa are in a modern style and will not look for the comfort of your home. There is a private swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas and a mini sitting group in the garden. In addition to these, our villa with jacuzzi has an indoor heated pool and sauna.

NOTE: For stays of 5 nights or less, 350 TL additional cleaning fee is charged.

NOTE: The pool heating feature is activated according to your request. Pool heating fee is an extra 75 TL per day.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, dresser, dressing table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge: In the hall of our villa; Sitting group, TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, coffee table, fireplace and wireless modem are available.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen; refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4-stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dinner set, cutlery, pans, pans, glasses, dining table and chairs.

Pool: Garden and pool cleaning is done once a day.

Garden: There is a table and chair set, barbecue, sunbeds and private swimming pool in the specially designed garden.

Internet: There is WIFI in our villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.  

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found
