You will experience the privilege of making a holiday against a bird's eye view of Kalkan's peaceful view even in winter months thanks to its large windows and its structure which has a good sunshine. If you have a crowded family or friend group, you also have the advantage of making holiday together by renting another villa nearby. The villa which is only 5 minutes away from the Kalkan is also driving a distance to the Kaputaş and Patara beaches, Kaş, and Fethiye. Bedrooms Informations:

1^st Bedroom: This bedroom has one double bed, a closet, a hair dryer, a TV, an air conditioner, a balcony, a bathroom and a toilet.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom has two single beds, a closet, a hair dryer, a TV, an air conditioner, a balcony, a bathroom and a toilet.

All bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets.

Kitchen: The kitchen is elegant, cute, comfortable, wide, luxury, and modern kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave oven, an oven of 4, a kettle, a toaster, chafing dish of 4 people, cooking pot, cooking pans, spoons and forks etc.

Lounge: The lounge has a comfortable, modern, luxury sofa suite, a TV and a receiver, an ironing board, a limitless wireless internet, an exit to the poolside and to the garden.

Cleanliness and Bedlinen: The villa is completely delivered cleanly to the guests. Cleaning is done once a week. There is a washing machine in the villa. For this reason, if you want to wash it, you can wash it. However, we can provide you extra new clean bed linens, pillowcases etc. for a fee.

Pool: The special swimming pool measures: 7 m x 3 m; depth: 1.50 m.

Garden: For the comfort of the guests, the pool terrace and the garden have a sunbed, a parasol, a barbecue, a dining table and chairs, and a sofa suite.

Important Information: Electricity, water, internet, kitchen gas, daily early in the morning pool and garden maintenance and control, assistance in the event of a need for assistance during the holiday etc. charges are included in the prices. Deposit: A deposit of 500 Turkish Liras or equivalent other foreign currency unit is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
