Villa Dolce Vita, our rental villa located in the center of Kalkan, has a 2 bedroom accommodation capacity for 4 people. Our economical rental villa, which is designed in a way that look like the comfort of your home, has all the basic items you may need during your holiday. Our rental villa, which has its own private swimming pool and car park, has pinball and table tennis for you to have fun hours. Villa Dolce Vita, our villa for rent, which anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable holiday can choose with peace of mind, is 1 km from the center of Kalkan and 1.5 km from the beach.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table and air conditioning. Bathroom and toilet are in the common area.

Living Room: The living room of our villa has a large and spacious structure with a sofa set, air conditioner, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table.

Kitchen: Modern designed kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 4 m x 8 meters, Depth is 1.55 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 500 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important to observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
