Villa Eliz, one of our luxury rental villas in Kalkan Kalamar, is home to 3-bedroom, 6-person capacity, large families or groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together. It has been built to make a private and dream villa holiday, everything has been thought to the finest detail for the comfort of our valued guests, to have a better holiday. Villa Emir, which is our twin villa located near the villa, can be rented at the same time for groups of friends and friends who want to spend their holiday in the villa nearby.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, hair dryer, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, hair dryer, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, hair dryer, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: Villa Eliz has a stylish, cozy, comfortable, spacious, luxurious and modern kitchen. Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, 4-burner stove, kettle, toaster, 6-person dinner set, pan, saucepan, fork, knife, etc. Also, if there is a missing product during the holiday, we will supply it for you immediately.

Lounge: In our hall, there are comfortable, modern, luxurious seating group, TV and satellite receiver, ironing board, unlimited wireless internet, swimming pool and garden exit.

Pool: The private swimming pool dimensions of our villa are 8m X 4m, Depth: 1.70 m.

Garden: Villa Eliz Kalkan has a large garden and a pool terrace for the comfort of our guests, on our pool terrace and in our garden there are sun beds, sun umbrellas, barbecues.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is an opportunity to be found.
