Villa Erduyan

Villa Erduyan is our luxury villa for rent with sea view in Kalkan, has 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 people. Suitable for crowded families and groups of friends who want to have a holiday together, all rooms of our villa have a large and spacious structure. Each room of our modern and luxurious designed villa has a bathroom and a toilet. There are table tennis, dart and basketball hoops on the pool terrace for you to have fun in our two room rental villa with jacuzzi. There are two swimming pools in our villa and one of them has heating feature. Our luxury rental villa with hydro massage jacuzzi in both swimming pools is located 2 km from the beach and Kalkan center, and you can easily reach anywhere you want.

NOTE: This villa has an additional cleaning fee of 800 TL for stays of less than 7 nights. It is forbidden to use fire and flammable materials in our villa. (hookah, samovar etc.)

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 2 single beds (can be combined), air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds (can be joined), air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, balcony, bathroom and toilet.

Hall: The living room floor with sea and nature view has a large and spacious structure and includes a sofa set, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and a 10 person dining table. There is a direct exit to the pool terrace from the living room floor.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 13.60 m x 4.5 meters, Depth is 1.45 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important to observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
