Villa Esma

Villa Esma Kalkan, one of our new rental villas, whose construction was completed in 2016, is located very close to the center and within walking distance to most places. Our 3 bedroom villa has a capacity of 6 people and is an ideal choice for crowded families and groups of friends. The garden floor of our villa with sea view is secluded and not visible from the outside. Our holiday villa, which is very suitable for conservative families, has been designed in a very modern style and there are all the items you may need during your holiday. You can find the peaceful holiday you are looking for in Villa Esma, which has its own car park and children's pool, and you can enjoy the magnificent view and the comfort of luxury.

NOTE: 400 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays below 6 nights on high season dates and for stays below 5 nights on low season dates.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, hair dryer, vanity table and bathroom. (1st floor)

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, hair dryer and bathroom. (1st floor)

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, hair dryer, vanity table and bathroom. Sea view. (2nd floor)

Kitchen: It is located on the ground floor. 6-person table and chair, oven, microwave, 6-person dinner set, toaster, pan, tea-water cups, saucepans, cutlery etc. in the modern American kitchen.

Lounge: Located on the ground floor. L type seat, TV, Air Conditioner, Sink ...

Pool Floor Terrace: (Sunbathing area, private pool and garden.) There are 6 deck chairs, 3 umbrellas, seating for 6 people, table chair for 6 people, children's pool, stone barbecue and shower section. Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems arising from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
