Our rental villa, Villa Ev May, located in the Sarıbelen area of ​​Kalkan, is one of our new rental villas, the construction of which was completed in 2019. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people. One of the bedrooms is very suitable for families with a jacuzzi and groups of friends who are planning a holiday together. Interior and exterior decoration of our rental villa with sea view has been carefully designed to offer you a comfortable holiday. Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioner, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, dresser, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioner, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Lounge: There are air conditioner, satellite receiver, TV, DVD Player, sitting group, child bed, child seat, sink in the living room. The hall is on the pool floor. On the top floor, there is a very large viewing terrace for relaxing and sunbathing. In this area, there is a sitting group, table and chair.

Garden: The garden has a private swimming pool, dining table and chairs, barbecue, sunbed and parasol.

Pool: Pool and garden cleaning is done by officers looking at the villa once a per day, morning or evening.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
