Villa Falcon Exclusive is located in Kızıltaş area and at the quite close location to the center. The villa will be a quite ideal option for large families and friend groups since it which has seven en-suite style bedrooms has an accommodation capacity of 14 people. The luxury villa, completed in 2014, is located at 1200 m2 area. The villa promises a holiday that is more than you get used until now thanks to its attractive architecture at first glance, its 20 x 5 measures infinity pool that has a waterfall, jacuzzi, and shallow pool, and its amazing nonstop view. 1^st Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, one double bed, a closet, a make-up table, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. This bedroom is on the first floor.

2^nd Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite teenage bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, two single beds, a make-up table, a closet, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet. This bedroom is on the first floor.

3^rd Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite bedroom. This bedroom has a night table, one double bed, a closet, a make-up table, and a balcony. This bedroom is on the first floor.

4^th Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite parent bedroom. This bedroom has a closet, one double bed, a night table, a make-up table, a seat, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet.  This bedroom is on the second floor.

5^th Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite bedroom. This bedroom has a closet, one double bed, a make-up table, a night table, a seat, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet.  This bedroom is on the second floor.

6^th Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite teenage bedroom. This bedroom has a make-up table, a night table, a closet, two single beds, a balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet.  This bedroom is on the second floor.

7^th Bedroom: The bedroom is an air-conditioned, sea view, and suite parent bedroom. This bedroom has a closet, one double bed, a night table, a make-up table, a special balcony, a bathroom, and a toilet.  This bedroom is on the second floor. The special balcony has sunbeds.

All bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Lounge: The air-conditioned lounge is the sea view, comfortable, and large. There is a comfortable sofa suite, a receiver, an LCD TV, a DVD player, a sound system, and a wireless modem for the Internet. The lounge has an exit to the poolside. There is also a bathroom and a laundry room. The lounge is in the pool floor.

Kitchen: The kitchen  is a modern High Class American Kitchen. There is a microwave oven, an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a built-in oven of 4, chafing dish of 14 people, spoon & fork set, cooking pot & pan set, and cups. The kitchen is on the pool floor.

Pool: There is a special sheltered swimming pool in the garden. The special swimming pool measures; Length: 20 m; Width: 5 m, Depth: 1.50 m. There is a sunbath terrace. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day in the mornings or evenings.

Pool Terrace: There is a sheltered special swimming pool, a parasol, a sunbath area, sunbeds, a garden table and chairs, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. Villa cleaning is done once a week.  Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a table tennis, a jacuzzi, and Wi-Fi for the internet needs. Moreover, there are 24-hours security cameras, a parking garage, alarm system, and a locked case in this villa. All rooms have an air conditioner.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center. This note is written as a footnote on the page of all villas for general information, not only about this villa.
