Villa Feronia

The construction of villa Feronia which is located in the popular holiday region Kalkan İslamlar village, was completed in 2019 and opened to the service of you, our valuable visitors. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance of our villa, designed with the uniform harmony of stone house and wooden architecture. Our luxury rental villa with Kalkan islands and panoramic sea views has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Designed in a very luxurious and modern style, our villa has all the essential items you may need during the holiday. Our luxury rental villa has 2 pools and one of them has a heated feature. There is a fireplace in the hall floor of our villa, which you can choose with peace of mind in the winter months. Our villa, which is hidden in nature, has a natural sheltered feature and is very suitable for our conservative families.

NOTE: In this villa, an additional cleaning fee of 350 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.

1st Bedroom: Suite has double bed, air conditioning, bathroom, balcony, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, hair dryer for the family.

2nd Bedroom: Young bedroom has 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom, balcony.

Lounge: Sea and Nature view hall, sitting group, dining table for 4, satellite and TV (LCD), air conditioning,

Kitchen: Spacious and modern designed American kitchen refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4 burner (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, frying pan and saucepan etc. kitchen equipment, dinner set for 4 people.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Pool dimensions: 4m x 11 m depth- 1,55 mt Internal Pool Dimensions: 3m x 11 m

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Damage Deposit: 1500 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
