Villa Flora

Our villa, which is a luxury villa with a jacuzzi, is located in the Islamlar Village of Kalkan, the most preferred holiday region. Our villa, which is within walking distance of the restaurant and market, has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity of 6 people. All rooms of our villa which has 2 rooms with jacuzzi have bathroom and toilet. Our villa, whose interior design is designed in an extremely luxurious structure, offers you a very comfortable and comfortable holiday opportunity. The garden floor of our villa, which was designed with the wooden architecture that suits the stone house concept the most, is naturally protected and has a magnificent nature view. You can spend pleasant hours in our villa, which has a private swimming pool in the garden, and enjoy your holiday with the clean air of nature.

NOTE: In this villa, an additional cleaning fee of 350 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.

1st Bedroom; There is 1 double bed, bathroom toilet, jacuzzi, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, vanity table and exit to the pool terrace

2nd Bedroom; 1 double bed, bathroom toilet, jacuzzi, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, vanity table and balcony.

3th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bathroom toilet, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, vanity table and balcony.

Lounge: Dining and living room group, air conditioner, satellite receiver, LCD television. Also our villa has a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board.

Kitchen: Designed with a modern architecture, our villa has an open-kitchen kitchen, white goods, all kitchen tools and small appliances.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Pool Dimensions: Length 11 mt, width 4 mt depth 1.55 mt.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, table tennis, outdoor shower, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Damage Deposit: 1500 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price.
