Villa Gaia

Our rental villa, whose construction was completed in June 2019 and offered to the service of holiday lovers, is located in the Islamlar Village of  Kalkan and within walking distance to restaurants and markets. Our villa, designed with the concept of stone house, has a very luxurious design. Kalkan, our luxuriously designed rental villa, surrounded by nature, offers islands and panoramic sea views. Our villa, which has 2 bedrooms, can accommodate 4 people and is very suitable for little families and honeymoon couples. Our villa has a fireplace and a heated swimming pool on the living room floor. Our villa, which has a swimming pool in the garden, is surrounded by natural trees and has a self-secluded feature.

NOTE: In this villa, an additional cleaning fee of 350 TL is charged for stays of less than 5 nights.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioner, bathroom, balcony, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand, hair dryer.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioner, wardrobe, bathroom, balcony.

Lounge: Sea and Nature view hall, sitting group, dining table for 4, satellite and TV (LCD), air conditioning,

Kitchen: Spacious and modern designed American kitchen refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4 burner (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, frying pan and saucepan etc. kitchen equipment, dinner set for 4 people.

Pool and Garden: Featuring a private swimming pool and garden, Villa Gaia has a large sunbathing area. There are 4 deck chairs and umbrellas, 4 person dining table, sitting group, barbecue. Pool dimensions: 4m x 11m depth- 1,55 mt Internal Pool Dimensions: 3m x 11m

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Damage Deposit: 1500 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
