Villa Göktepe, located in the amazing sea view Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, will switch with a special and different understanding of your holiday understanding. The villa, completed in May 2013, enables the relax and far from the eyes holiday with its privileged and quiet location and its wonderful Mediterranean atmosphere. The villa is furnished comfortable and sophisticated in its interior and exterior design and has an accommodation capacity of 10 people with its 5 bedrooms. In the first floor of the triplex villa has a lounge and kitchen. The second floor of the villa has 3 bedrooms and a balcony. The third floor of the villa has also 2 bedrooms. 1^st Bedroom: This air-conditioned bedroom has a closet, one double bed, a make-up table, a night table, a wingchair, a bathroom, a jacuzzi, and a toilet. There is a sea view balcony in the bedroom. It is on the second floor.

2^nd Bedroom: This air-conditioned bedroom has one double bed, a closet, a night table, a wingchair, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is a sea view balcony in the bedroom. It is on the second floor.

3^rd Bedroom: This air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds, a night table, a closet, a wingchair, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is a sea view balcony in the bedroom. It is on the second floor.

4^th Bedroom: This air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds, a night table, a closet, a wingchair, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is a sea view balcony in the bedroom. It is on the third floor.

5^th Bedroom: This air-conditioned bedroom has one double bed, a night table, a closet, a wingchair, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet. There is a sea view balcony in the bedroom. It is on the third floor.

There are clean bedlinens and towel sets in the bedrooms. All bedrooms have an air conditioner.

Lounge: The lounge has an air conditioner, a TV, a receiver, a table and chairs, and a modem for the Internet. There is an exit to the poolside from here. There is a laundry room, a bathroom & toilet, and a terrace.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a built-in oven of 4, an oven, a toaster, spoon & fork set, a tea maker, a kettle, a coffee maker, pans & cooking pots, chafing dish of 10 people, and water glass and tea glass set.

Pool: Pool measures; 9 m x 4 m for both wings; depth; 1.50 m.

Pool Terrace: The pool terrace has a special swimming pool, a sunbath area, a parasol, sunbeds, a garden table and chairs, a garden sofa suite, a hammock, a shower, a jacuzzi, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered for guests and cleaning is done once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the villa with a jacuzzi. There is also an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner in the villa.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in nature are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center. This note is
