Villa Golds

Villa Golds, our villa with secluded pool, located in the magnificent nature of Kalkan - Saribelen, has 3 bedrooms and 6 people accommodation capacity. The garden floor of our villa, which is very suitable for nuclear families and mini groups of friends, is completely secluded, so conservative families can choose it with peace of mind. Our rental villa with suite bedroom and jacuzzi has been designed in a way that you will not find the comfort of your home. There is a table tennis table on the living room floor of our villa, which has a stylish and simple design. In our villa with nature view, all the items you may need during your holiday are available and ready for your use. There is a stone barbecue and dining table for your meal times on the large garden floor of our rental villa. There is also a mini playground for children in the garden of our villa. Our economical rental villa, Villa Golds, which you can choose as a honeymoon villa, is located 15 km from Kalkan center and the beach.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: In the suite-style bedroom, there is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioning, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, dresser, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, dresser, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: The living room of our villa has a large and spacious structure with a sofa set, air conditioning, table tennis, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit to the pool terrace from the living room floor.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 12 m x 4 meters, Depth is 1.60 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, children's playground, swing, sitting group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 750 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important to observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
