Villa Gulbay

Located in the popular resort town of Kalkan in Kisla, our holiday rental villa, Gulbay, is only 300 meters from the center with its special location. All of our rooms have sea view villas with a jacuzzi in one room and there are 3 bedrooms in total. Our villa, which can accommodate a family of 6 or a group of friends, has a sauna on the pool terrace. The sauna feature is not subject to fee, but it is opened to our guests for an extra fee. Villa Gülbay, whose interior design is quite modern, has been carefully furnished and prepared to offer a comfortable holiday to our valued visitors.

NOTE: In this villa, an additional 300 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

1st Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet (with sea view)

2nd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet (with sea view)

3rd Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge: In the hall of our villa there is a seating group, air conditioning, dining table, satellite receiver, tv, internet.

Kitchen: There is a dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, dinner set, pot pan, cutlery, kettle, kettle, 4 burner, microwave oven in the American kitchen.

Pool and Garden: Villa Gülbay pool terrace has a private swimming pool, umbrella, senzlong, barbecue, sitting group. Pool Dimensions: Length: 8 mt, Width: 4 mt, Depth: 1.60 cm.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems arising from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
