Our economic rental villa Gülpınar Ön-1 in Gülpınar location of Dalyan is located close to the center and you can go anywhere without any transportation difficulties. Our villa, which has 5 bedrooms, can accommodate 10 people and offers a very economical and comfortable holiday opportunity for crowded families. The pool part of our villa, whose garden floor is sheltered, is not visible from the outside. Villa Gülpınar Ön-1 has been carefully designed to give you a peaceful and enjoyable holiday, and awaits you, precious visitors. Our villa is on the front facing villa, and on the rear facing side, our other rental villa is Villa Gülpınar Arka-2. If you wish, you can rent these two villas together.

4th Bedroom: (On the Terrace Floor) There are 2 single beds, Nightstand, Sofa, Air Condition and a single shared bathroom on the Floor.

5th Bedroom: (On the Terrace Floor) There are 2 single beds, A / C, Nightstand, and a single shared bathroom on the Floor.

Kitchen: Modern Kitchen (On Ground Floor) Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, 4 burner, Electric kettle, 10-person dinner set, Pans, Pots, cutlery, knives etc.

Lounge: (On the ground floor) Seating group, Satellite, LCD TV, Air Condition, Balcony and exit to the pool.

Pool Floor Terrace: Sunbathing area, Private pool, Private garden, Children's pool, BBQ, Outdoor Shower, Table and chair for 10 people, 6 sunbeds and Sun umbrella. Pool Dimensions: Width: 4,00 m Length: 9,00 m Depth: 1,60 m

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken  or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
