The other bedroom's bathroom is located in the lounge and both bedrooms have a direct exit to the pool terrace. There is a Wi-Fi which will provide all kinds of guests' communication in the villa. In addition to these, all equipment which you may need is located in the American style kitchen. Get ready for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones!

Bedrooms Informations

1^st Bedroom: This bedroom is air-conditioned bedroom. It has a closet, a night table, two single beds, a hair dryer, and a make-up table. The bathroom and toilet are across the bedroom.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom is double air-conditioned suite parent bedroom. It has a closet, a night table, one double bed, a hair dryer, a make-up table, and a bathroom. There is an exit to the terrace from this bedroom.

Lounge: The lounge has the sea view. There is a TV, a receiver, a sofa suite, an iron, an ironing board, a washbasin, and a modem for the Internet, in the air-conditioned, large and spacious lounge.  

Kitchen: There is an American Kitchen. There is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a built-in oven, an oven, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, chafing dish of 4 people, spoon & fork set, cooking pot & pan set, and cups.

Pool: There is a special swimming pool and pool measures; Width: 4.00 m, Length: 1.70 m, Depth: 1.70 m. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day by staff in the morning or evening.

Terrace: The terrace has a dining table and chairs, a parasol, sunbeds, a special swimming pool in the special garden.

Extras: There is a Wi-Fi in the apart. The villa is cleanly delivered to the guests. Villa cleaning is done once a week. All rooms have an air conditioner. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are done once a day. Bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets.

Important Information: Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered and is cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All villas that have a position in nature are regularly disinfestation. Notwithstanding, there is a possibility of being a butterfly, an insect, a fly etc. around.

Kalkan is a settlement built upon a hillside in terms of its geographical structure. To reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, go up the hill.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
