The villa, located on slopes of Kalamar area of Kalkan, which has an accommodation capacity of 8 people with its four bedrooms is one of the rental luxury villa options. All bedrooms in the building is suite and air-conditioned. It has an indisputable view thanks to its location. There is also a jacuzzi inside pool. Villa Hillside opens the doors of the comfortable and unforgettable holiday.

Bedroom Informations

1^st Bedroom: The room has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet.

2^nd Bedroom: The room has one double bed, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet.

3^rd Bedroom: The room has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet.

4^th Bedroom: The room has two single beds, an air conditioner, a night table, a closet, a make-up table, a bathroom, and a toilet.

5th Bedroom: 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, dressing table.

Lounge: The lounge has a sofa suite, a TV, an air conditioner, and a coffee table. There is also an exit to the pool terrace from the lounge.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American kitchen. It has a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a built-in oven of 4, a kettle, a built-in oven, a toaster, a dining table, chafing dish, spoon and fork sets, cooking pot & pan set, and cups.

Pool: Pool measurements: 8 m x 4 m; depth: 1.60 m. There is a jacuzzi inside the pool.

Garden: The garden has a special swimming pool, sunbeds, a parasol, a table and chairs, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered and is cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the Villa Hillside. There is also an iron & ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in far from the city center are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center.
