The luxury rental villa, located in Ortaalan area of the famous holiday town Kalkan, offers an accommodation capacity of 10 people thanks to its five bedrooms. You will feel like at home with peaceful moments that spend by watching an amazing panoramic sea view of Kalkan. Bedroom Informations

1^st Bedroom: The room has one double bed, an air conditioner, a TV, a closet, a night table, a make-up table, a bathroom – WC, and a balcony.

2^nd Bedroom: The room has two single beds, an air conditioner, a closet, a night table, a make-up table, a bathroom – WC, and a balcony.

3^rd Bedroom: The room has one double bed, an air conditioner, a closet, a night table, a make-up table, a bathroom – WC, and a balcony.

4^th Bedroom: The room has two single beds, an air conditioner, a closet, a night table, a make-up table, a bathroom – WC, and a balcony.

5^th Bedroom: The room has one double bed, an air conditioner, a closet, a night table, a make-up table, a bathroom – WC, and a terrace.

Note: Heating installation is done to the special swimming pool and it is offered for 500 TL per week.

Lounge: The lounge is decorated quite chic. It has a sofa suite, a TV, a receiver, a DVD player, and an air conditioner. There is also an exit to the pool terrace from the lounge.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American kitchen. It has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a built-in oven, a built-in oven of 4, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster, cooking pot & pan set, chafing dish of 10 people, spoon and fork sets, and cups. There is also an exit to the pool terrace from the kitchen.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff in early hours in mornings. The villa is cleanly delivered and is cleaned once a week and cleaning is done once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. All villas have all equipment you will need during the holiday.

Check-in & Check-out Information: In all villas, the guests who check-in new can enter the villa as of 04.00 p.m. The last day, the guests who check-out should check-out from the villa as of 10.00 a.m. This hour implementation is that cleaning team clean detailed and carefully the villa by 04.00 p.m. and the guests who new check-in after the guests’ check-out.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
