Villa İklim

Specially designed for our honeymoon couples, Villa İklim has one room and can accommodate 3 people. Located 3 km to the center and 4 km to the beach, our villa has a magnificent sea and nature view. It is very suitable for couples who want to spend their holidays away from their eyes. The interior design of our villa is decorated at the most luxurious level and has a special lighting system. Our rental villa with a jacuzzi in the room section has a heart-shaped lighting on the ceiling of the bedroom. There is an infinity swimming pool, swing, sun loungers and sun umbrellas in the garden of our villa which has a sheltered pool floor.

NOTE: In this villa, 250 TL additional cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed,  Wardrobe, dresser, vanity table, Jacuzzi and bathroom.

Lounge: The living room with sea view has a seating group, dining table, satellite receiver, air conditioning and TV.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, oven, 4kettle, toaster, microwave oven, 4-stove, dinner set, pans and saucepans.

Pool: Garden and pool cleaning is done once a day. Pool dimensions: 7m x 3.5m depth: 1.65 meters.

Garden: There is a table and chair set, barbecue, 2 sunbeds and a private swimming pool in the specially designed garden.

Internet: There is WIFI in our villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be interruptions caused by internet service providers.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.  

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.

NOTE: The last 400m of the road is steep uphill before arriving at the villa.
