One of our twin villas located next to each other in Kalkan Ortaalan,Villa Imperial is one of our new rental villas, the construction of which was completed in August 2019. Our rental villa, one of the most popular villas in Kalkan, attracts attention with its large private pool. The interior and exterior design of our villa is designed in a very modern and stylish way, it has 5 bedrooms, 10 people accommodation capacity. All rooms of our villa have sea view. You have no doubt that you can find the peace you are looking for in our holiday villa which includes all the equipment you may need during your holiday. The windows of the halls and rooms of our villa are all glass from the ground, allowing you to dominate the view. There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a mini seating group in the garden of our villa, whose garden floor is glass sheltered. 4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, air conditioner, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom, toilet and balcony.

5th Bedroom:  2 single beds, air conditioner, wardrobe, dresser, bathroom, toilet and balcony.

Lounge: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the spacious and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Damage Deposit: 2000 TL deposit is required upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
