Villa Karaman, our villa for rent in Patara, has 2 bedrooms and has a capacity of 4 people. Our modern and luxurious designed villa has all the items you may need during your holiday and is ready for your use. The bedrooms and living room of our villa, which are designed with first quality furniture, have a bright and spacious appearance. You can also choose our rental villa with a bedroom jacuzzi as a honeymoon villa. Our rental villa with secluded garden floor is suitable for conservative families. There is a mini playground for families with babies in the garden of our villa. At the same time, there is a stone barbecue and dining area so that you can plan your meal times with the magnificent air of nature. Villa Karaman is located approximately 7-8 minutes away from Patara beach by car and only 10 minutes away from Kalkan center by car.

NOTE: In this villa, an additional 300 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 6 nights.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is a direct exit from the bedroom to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, make-up table, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet. There is a direct exit from the bedroom to the pool terrace.

Living Room: The living room of our villa has a large and spacious structure with a sofa set, air conditioner, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit to the pool terrace from the living room floor.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool Dimensions: It is 8 meters x 3.5 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, dining table, barbecue, sitting area, mini park and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important to observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
