Our holiday rental villa Villa Karmen, located in the Kalkan town of Kaş, one of the most beautiful holiday resorts of Antalya, the holiday paradise of the world, will show you the unique view of the Islamlar Village. Since our villa has one bedroom, it offers accommodation for 2 people. Villa Karmen, which has a jacuzzi in the bedroom, has been specially designed for honeymoon couples and conservative couples. Located in a wonderful atmosphere and peaceful nature, Villa Karmen's garden and swimming pool section is secluded, so you can evaluate your private areas as you wish, away from foreign eyes. If you wish, you can also benefit from daily rental. If you want to get away from the noise of the city and spend a peaceful holiday, Villa Karmen is waiting for its valuable guests.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, vanity table, TV, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Lounge: Seating group, television, satellite receiver, dining table and chairs, air conditioning and modem. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: There is a microwave, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, stove, hood and washing machine in the modern open American kitchen.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Pool Dimensions: Pool dimensions: 9.5 m x 4.5 m depth: 1.5 meters. Shallow pool dimensions: 3 x 2.5 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Entry and Exit Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
