Villa Kartal

Villa Kartal, located in Kızıltaş area of Kalkan, promises an unforgettable holiday to the guests thanks to its panoramic sea and nature view. The villa, which offers a peaceful holiday thanks to its large special swimming pool and its unique sea view that can appear from all rooms, has an accommodation capacity of 6 people and 3 bedrooms. It is quite ideal for conservative families and honeymoon couples thanks to its sheltered pool terrace. The basement floor of the villa has an American kitchen and a modern lounge, a WC and a toilet; the top floor of the villa has two suite-style bedrooms. There is a jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms. The roof floor has also seperate bedroom and a terrace against to the wonderful view. Moreover, the parking lot is provided to the guests who will make a holiday with a car.

Bedroom Informations

1^st Bedroom: The room is an air-conditioned suite parent’s bedroom. It has a night table, one double bed, a jacuzzi, a closet, and a bathroom.

2^nd Bedroom: The room is an air-conditioned suite parent’s bedroom. It has a night table, one double bed, a closet, and a bathroom.

3^rd Bedroom: The room is an air-conditioned suite parent’s bedroom. It has a night table, one double bed, a closet, and a bathroom.

All air-conditioned bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets.

Lounge: The has an air conditioner, a receiver, a sofa suite, and a coffee table. There is an exit to the pool terrace from the lounge.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a modern American kitchen. It has a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an oven of 4, a cooker, a kettle, a water dispenser, cooking pots & pans, chafing dish of 6 people, spoon and fork sets, and tea-coffee-water glasses.

Pool: Pool measurements; 8 m x 4 m; depth; 1.60 m. The pool terrace is sheltered and doesn’t appear from outside.

Pool Terrace: The pool terrace has a sunbath terrace, a special swimming pool, sunbeds, a parasol, a garden dining table of 6 people and chairs, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered and is cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the conservative Villa Kartal. There is also an iron & ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.

General Note: All villas that have a position in far from the city center are regularly cleaned and disinfected for insects and pests. Villas that have a position in nature have a higher probability of outing insects etc. compared to villas in the center.
