Villa Kayra, located in Kalamar area of the most elite of Kalkan, is one of the quite quality and luxury rental villa options. The villa offers an accommodation capacity of 10 people and has five bedrooms. All bedrooms are suite style.  There will be all equipment you may need during the holiday are within your arm's reach in the villa which has an American kitchen and a large lounge. The quite chic and modern designed villa is only 750 meters away to the beach. The pool terrace of the villa which is quite close to the center of the city has a sofa suite, sunbeds, a parasol, a barbecue, and a pergola. Cleaning, Bedlinen: The villa is cleanly delivered to you and cleaning is done once a week. We can provide you extra new clean bed linens, pillowcases etc. for a fee.

Pool: There is a special swimming pool in the garden. Pool measures: 12 m x 5 m; depth: 1.6. There is a jacuzzi in the special swimming pool.

Garden: The special garden has sunbeds, a garden sofa suite, a parasol, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas etc. are included in prices.  Plane tickets, extra cleaning, new bed linens, new towels, pillowcase, holiday and health insurance etc. charges are not included in the prices.

Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
