Villa Kivi, the rental honeymoon villa in the center of Kalkan, offers you the opportunity to experience a dream honeymoon holiday with its magnificent view ... Our new rental villa, which was completed in 2021, has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Our rental villa with secluded pool is a very suitable option for honeymoon couples and conservative families. Villa Kivi offers you a peaceful holiday opportunity with its 14 meter long infinity pool and deep blue sea view. One bedroom has a jacuzzi. You can choose our rental villa with heated pool not only for the summer months but also for all your holiday plans for all four seasons. It is possible to easily go everywhere without any transportation problems during your stay in our rental villa with jacuzzi, which is 10 minutes walking distance to Kalkan center and the beach.

NOTE: The minimum rental period is 5 nights during high season dates, and 300 TL additional cleaning fee is charged for stays less than 5 nights.

NOTE: The indoor pool heating of our villa is included in the price between 31 October - 1 May. For our customers who want to use the heating feature on other dates, it is activated for an extra 90 TL per day.

Bedroom Information:

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, air conditioning, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, air conditioning, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: The living room of our villa has a large and spacious structure and includes a sofa set, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit to the pool terrace from the living room floor.

Kitchen: Modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen includes refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-hob, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pots.

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in our villa is carried out once a day in the morning or evening by the staff who look at the villa. Pool dimensions: 10 m x 4 meters, Depth is 1.50 meters. There is also a shallow pool of 2 m x 4 m in size. Children's pool dimensions: 2m x 4m depth: 0.4 meters. Heated Pool Dimensions: 3m x 5m depth; It is 1.20 meters.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, sitting group, table tennis, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers in the garden.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: Check-in time is set at 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 for all villas. It is important to observe the hours in terms of detailed cleaning and preparation for the next customer.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
