Villa Köse

Villa Köse, located in the mounted position of the İslamlar Village of Kalkan and in very green nature, is one of the ideal options for people who want to make a peaceful holiday with its far from the city noise and stress location. Everything thought up all details for people who want to spend lux and privileged time. Villa Kösem which has a sheltered special swimming pool and an amazing view that every tone of the blue visible from every room can be watched is especially quite ideal for the conservative families and honeymoon couples. The quiet villa, located in very green nature with birds calls, will say "That's the holiday!". The basement floor has an American kitchen and lounge, a TV with LCS 3D internet connection, a toilet & bathroom, and a room; the top floor has 2 suite bedrooms. All rooms are suite style rooms. The joint tenancy toilet is only on the basement floor.  In addition to this, if you want to go holiday with your car, you can use the special open car park of the villa. Villa Köse is the ideal choice for a holiday which is integrated a panoramic sea view and nature view!

Bedroom Informations

1^st Bedroom: This bedroom is an air-conditioned, en-suite style, parent bedroom. It has a night table, one double bed, a closet, a TV, a jacuzzi, and a bathroom.

2^nd Bedroom: This bedroom is an air-conditioned, en-suite style, teenage bedroom. It has a night table, two single beds, a closet, and a bathroom. This room is in the basement.

3^rd Bedroom: This bedroom is an air-conditioned, en-suite style, parent bedroom. It has a night table, one double bed, a closet, and a bathroom.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have clean bedlinens and towel sets.

Lounge: The lounge has an air conditioner, a TV, a receiver, a DVD, a sofa suite, and a coffee table. The lounge has an exit to the poolside.

Kitchen: There is a modern American Kitchen. There is a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, an oven, a cooker, a kettle, cooking pots & pans, chafing dish of 6 people, spoon & fork set, and tea, coffee and water glasses.

Pool: Pool measures; 10 m x 4 m, Depth: 1.60 m. There is a also a children’s pool and its measures: 2 m x 2 m. The pool of the villa is sheltered.

Garden: There is a sunbath area, a special swimming pool, sunbeds, a parasol, a garden table of 6 people and chairs, a hammock, and a barbecue.

Important Information: Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning are regularly done once a day by staff. Electricity, water and gas charges are included in the prices. An extra price is not requested. The villa is cleanly delivered and is cleaned once a week. Extra new sheets and towels, extra cleaning, car rental, health etc. insurances are not included in the prices. There is a Wi-Fi in the Villa Kösem. There is an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, a washing machine, and a vacuum cleaner.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance for a lost, a broken, a scrap etc. The deposit will refund at the exit of the villa if there is no problem in the villa.
