Our rental villa in Kalkan Kördere offers you a fascinating holiday with its magnificent view overlooking the Snake and Rat Islands. Our villa, which has a garden floor and very luxuriously designed, has a special lighting system so that you can enjoy the view and spend peaceful hours in the wonderful summer evenings. Offering a very comfortable holiday for crowded families and groups of friends, Villa Lamer's garden floor is sheltered and very conservative. It is possible to go anywhere you want without having a transportation problem in our summer rental villa, which is only 15 minutes away from Kaputaş beach by car.

Hall: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the large and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there are refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4 burner, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinner set, cutlery, pans and pans.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day in our villa. Pool Dimensions: 12m x 5m depth: 1.50 meters.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken upon arrival. In case there is no broken, lost or lost, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-Out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is the possibility to be found.
