Our luxury apartment for rent, Villa La Mer Deluxe, located in Kalkan - Kördere, has a 2 bedroom 4 person accommodation capacity. Our luxury suite with Kalkan view is very suitable for nuclear families and mini groups of friends. Villa La Mer Deluxe has been designed very luxurious and modern in order to offer you a comfortable holiday. All rooms have a password safe in our apartment, and there is also a burglar alarm and a smoke alarm. All the windows of our rental luxury apart, which has a very large and spacious structure, are designed as glass from all sides, allowing you to watch the shield view from every corner. Our luxury rental suite apart, which you can choose with peace of mind not only for the summer months but also for your holidays in the winter months, has both pool heating and floor heating. There is a honeymoon room and jacuzzi specially designed for couples who want to choose our apartment as a honeymoon villa. In line with your request, our suite is specially prepared in the honeymoon concept. Apart from these, our rental suite apartment has a Turkish bath, sauna and gym, and all the fine details have been considered for you to have a wonderful holiday. Villa La Mer Deluxe is located next to Villa La Mer Azur. If you are planning a holiday in a crowded group, you can rent these two suites for rent together. Our apartment is 6 minutes away from Kalkan center by car and only 15 minutes away from the famous Kaputaş beach.

NOTE: There is a children's playground in the common area where the villa is located.

NOTE: The underfloor heating and pool heating feature is open free of charge between 1 November and 30 April. Additional fees are required for pool heating on other dates.

Bedroom Information

1st Bedroom (Honeymoon Room): In the master room with garden view, there is 1 bed with a large mosquito net, air conditioning, Led TV, make-up table, nightstand, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is a jacuzzi and a rain shower in the bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds (can be combined), air conditioning, Led TV, nightstand, wardrobe. The bathroom and toilet are located directly opposite the room.

Hall: There are Smart TV, music system, DVD Player, sitting group, bioethanol fireplace, coffee table and decoration materials in the large and spacious living room with full glass.

Kitchen: In the kitchen with Belanco countertop, there are microwave oven, cutlery, dinner set, 4-person dining table, electric oven, cookware, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a balcony connected to the kitchen. There is a dining table for 4 people in the balcony with a view of Kalkan.

Pool: Pool cleaning is done once a day, in the morning or evening, by the staff looking at the villa.

Indoor Pool, Gym and Spa Area: There are peat massage motors in the glass sheltered indoor pool and the heated pool in the spa area. From the indoor pool section, there is an exit to the open terrace and sunbathing area. In this section, there is a sports room with bicycles, treadmills and various sports equipment. Turkish bath and sauna for 4 people are also in this section.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, problems may arise from internet service providers due to the infrastructure of the region.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, cleaning, new sheets, pillow cases, etc. are done by the staff who look after our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there is no broken or loss, it is returned at the exit.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can enter each villa as of 16:00. Our guests who will check out leave at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas charges are included in the villa rental price. Extra cleaning, new linens and towels, rental car, guide services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still, butterflies, bugs, flies, etc. There is a possibility to be found.
