Our villa has a magnificent sea and nature view, and allows you to watch the sunset in the most beautiful way. Our villa has 4 suite (en-suite) bedrooms, indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, sports equipment and everything is planned for you to spend an unforgettable holiday.

Bedrooms Information

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, armchair, bedside table, TV, minibar, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom & wc and balcony.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, TV, minibar, dressing table, dresser, wardrobe and bathroom & wc, balcony.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, TV, minibar, bathroom & wc and balcony.

4th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, dressing table, TV, minibar, wardrobe, bathroom & wc.

Lounge: There is a seating group, TV, air conditioning and decoration materials on the large and spacious hall floor.

Kitchen: In the modern open style kitchen where nature and sea views are dominant, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle (kettle), dinner set, pan, saucepans, fork, knife etc.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool. Pool Dimensions: 10,5 m x 3,4 m. Depth: 1.20 m - 1.40 m Indoor pool dimensions: 5.3 m x 3 m. Depth: 1 m.

Garden: There are sun beds, garden seating group, sun umbrella, barbecue, pavilion, tables and chairs.

Internet: There is a wireless modem in our villa. Sometimes, due to the infrastructure of the region, problems may arise from internet service providers.

Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is delivered to you cleanly and is cleaned once a week. If you want extra cleaning, cleaning is done by the staff looking at our villa, new sheets, pillowcases, etc. are charged by the staff.

Check-in and Check-out Information: New guests can log in to each villa at 16:00. Our guests will check out at 10:00.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. Extra cleaning, new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services are not included in the price. Spraying is done regularly in all our villas in nature, but still butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is an opportunity to be found.
