Villa Livya, a holiday rental villa located in the popular holiday resort Kalkan Kördere, is 4 km from the center of Kalkan. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Villa Livya, which opens the doors of a peaceful holiday with its magnificent sea view and exquisite nature view, is also suitable for our conservative families with its secluded pool. 1st Bedroom: The suite is a family bedroom with sea and nature views, the bedroom has 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, dresser and bathroom / WC.

2nd Bedroom: The suite is a family bedroom, with 1 double bed, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, dresser and bathroom / WC in the bedroom. There is an exit from the room to the pool terrace.

Lounge: The air-conditioned lounge has a wonderful sea and nature view. The living room has a modern and comfortable L-shaped sofa, single rocking chair, desk, fireplace, stylish decorative objects and modem.

Kitchen: American Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-stove, oven, electric kettle, pan and cookware, dining table for 4 people, dinner set, cutlery, water and tea glass set. .

Pool: There is a private secluded swimming pool, the pool measures 9 m. x 2.5 m., Depth 1.50 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Internet: The villa has Wi-fi. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections resulting from internet service providers. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, newspaper and news sites are sufficient for such issues; watching movies and videos, downloading files is not enough.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL deposit is taken at the entrance for casualty, broken, etc. . When there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price. In addition, a fee is not requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. insurance is not included in the prices.

- Spraying is done regularly in all of our villas, which are located in nature. Despite this, in the environment; butterfly, insect, fly etc. there is a possibility. - We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with pool protection. These villas always have 5% avoidance share.
